What kinds of products can you build?
We build LEGO® sets, ROKR sets, jigsaw puzzles, and craft kits of all sizes. If it comes with instructions, we can build it!
Do I need to provide the product, or can you source it for me?
Both options are available. You can send us your own set, or we can purchase it on your behalf.
How long does it take to complete a build?
It depends on the number of pieces and complexity. Small/Medium sets may take a day or two, while larger builds can take longer. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe once we receive your order.
Yes! Drop-off and pick-up from our location (postcode 5064) is free of charge.
What shipping options are available?
We provide delivery service ourselves (Free for 5km from SA 5064, or ~$1/km), or shipping with Australia Post.
Can I drop off and pick up the product instead of shipping?
What happens once the build is completed?
We carefully pack the completed product and ship it back to you (or you can pick it up). You’ll receive photos of your finished build before it’s sent.
How do you charge for the service?

What if some pieces are missing?
Can I request special photos or videos of the build process?
Pricing is based on the size (number of pieces) and complexity of the build. You can view all service categories and prices on our website.
We accept standard online payments (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card). Full details are provided at checkout.
All items are handled with care in a clean, smoke-free, and pet-free environment.
If your product arrives incomplete, we’ll contact you before building. If pieces go missing during the build, we’ll work with you to source replacements.
Absolutely! We can provide timelapse or staged photos/videos of your build for an additional fee.
